When will Australia get serious
about protecting our ancient art works?

The Lascaux caves

in France are closed to visitors to protect the art.
They are deemed to be pre-historic art as they can no longer be interpreted.

They are 25,000 years old.

The Malki painting site

is part of our living, vibrant culture
the cutural knowledge relating to this site
is passed on regularly even though it is between
16,000 and 35,000 years old.
